HARISSA - 180g Harissa is a classic North African hot chilli paste made with Chilli, Tomato and Garlic. Traditionally used across Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco, adding heat and flavour to stews, soups and tagines, this authentic blend of herbs and spices makes a delicious addition to a wide range of dishes.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Tomato Puree (15%), Sugar, Paprika, Tomato powder, Rapeseed oil, White wine vinegar, Maltodextrin, Salt, Garlic (1%), Cayenne pepper, Chilli pepper (1%) Star anise, Coriander, Cumin, Lemon juice
