These pickled walnuts are handpicked whilst still green, and then cooked and marinated in a special spiced malt vinegar. Pickled walnuts are a traditional Victorian delicacy that works well as an accompaniment or as an ingredient. Use it to bake meat pies with port or a potato and mushroom based leaf salad.

Ingredients: Walnuts, Water, Sugar, Barley Malt Vinegar, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid, Barley Malt Extract, Natural Flavouring
